mposing luxury villa with sea views located near the village of S'Horta and the beautiful beaches of Cala D'en Marçcal and Cala Sa Nau.

It is an old finca from the XIV century totally reformed, with spectacular lounges, terraces, views, cellar with vaults and beautiful gardens, with orchard and fruit trees, next to which there is a swimming pool. The house is located less than 3 km from the Vall d'Or Golf Course.

It has a maximum capacity of 44 people, distributed in 22 double rooms.

The house is built on three floors, with the main floor being the first floor, where the usual lounges, dining room and kitchen are located.

On the ground floor we access the property through a beautiful patio that leads to the current library on one side or to the three bedrooms, all of them with en-suite bathrooms, one of them adapted for the disabled, which are located on the ground floor. From this courtyard we access the first floor via two different staircases. On this same floor we find a beautiful lounge or cellar with vaulted ceilings, next to which there are two guest toilets and an old kitchen with 'fogaña'. From this area, or with direct access from the south façade, we find the old chapel, currently converted into a multi-purpose room, perfect for a conference room or assembly hall.
Accessing the first floor by the staircase called 'D'es Señor', we arrive at the entrance of the first floor from whose south-facing wing, all the rooms have impressive views of the sea. We therefore enter the main living room with fireplace and bar and sea views, as well as the dining room and kitchen area. From the dining room we access the beautiful terrace on this floor, with outdoor dining and lounge area, both with stunning sea views. On this same floor, in the south wing there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private lounge with a large fireplace, as well as two bedrooms with private lounge and shared bathroom, all with sea views. In the north wing there are another two bedrooms with private sitting room and two bathrooms.
From the entrance of the first floor we access the upper floor, where we find a special bridal suite with en suite bathroom and private lounge, with total privacy and 4 other bedrooms, all of them with en suite bathrooms, as well as a beautiful terrace with stunning sea views. On this same floor there are 4 more bedrooms, known as the 'private wing', all with en-suite bathrooms and direct access via an original black staircase to a direct entrance with access to the entrance courtyard mentioned at the beginning.

In the porches next to the main building, there are a further 6 brand new double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms.

The bridal suite will only be included in case of renting the 16 rooms or in case of an event, paying the extra.

The minimum stay is:
- July and August: one week
- June and September: 5 nights
- rest of the year: 4 nights

The extra for meeting room is 150 €/room/day.
The cleaning included in the price is 4 hours in the mornings from Monday to Friday but does not include the cleaning of the kitchen, which is the responsibility of the chef or catering company contracted by the client.
If no chef or catering company is hired, there is a mandatory extra charge of 50 €/day.

The extra per event is €3,000 and includes:
- use of the bridal suite (in case of renting less than 16 rooms).
- pre and post event cleaning
- person to control guest access to the private areas of the villa
- cleaning of the bathrooms used during the event
The security deposit in case of event is 5.000 €.
