The open layout of the 20 m ground floor with super-high ceiling is impressive.

The modern open kitchen is brilliantly equipped with two fridges, two dishwashers, a very handy ice machine and a social bar counter.

The beautifully cosy lounge with fireplace is at the other end linked by a big family dining table. Part of a heritage old stone wall has been preserved and now houses the mezzanine movie room with a huge TV .

This adds Old Mallorcan charm to the modern house. Minimalist glass doors fold back so that the indoor/outdoor spaces blend spectacularly.

The front outdoor terrace has a high ceiling, enormous covered porch with barbecue, dining and lounging areas. The 13 metre long by 5m wide swimming pool has spacious areas with plenty loungers and white umbrellas. The back garden / terrace area is large and spacious with the big trees that have grown.

At the back entrance side there is a very large parking area for several cars which is hidden from view by the many beautiful trees and hedges. Here too is a ping-pong table and another inviting al fresco dining spot lit by pretty garden lights at night. And of course there is a large utility room with all one needs for laundry and extra storage.

Golf players will be delighted to know that three Arabella courses are within an easy 10 minutes drive.
Genova village has many lovely restaurants within walking distance and a handy bakery and supermarket within a few minute's walk. Santa Catalina market and the closest beach, Illietas, are down the road, only ten minutes by car.

Palma's centre, Passeig del Borne, is 15 minutes by car and the airport is 17 minutes drive on the highway from this villa. Guests usually don't want to leave this house, it feels private and peaceful whilst part of a living neighbourhood. Génova is known on the island for its Mallorcan cuisine, so there are some well-known restaurants in the heart of the village.

Génova is very central but very quiet and Palma's city center, the airport or the marina Portals Nous can be reached in a few minutes.

Despite its proximity to the island's capital Palma, Génova has retained its village character.

With a fantastic view of the sea and the bay of Palma, situated on a hillside, Génova offers winding streets, beautiful squares, a church and numerous bars.

Even in the winter months, the village is very lively, as many residents live in Gènova all year round.
